No, You're Not "Too Self Aware"
Ten years ago we didn't talk about self awareness as much.
Today, it's everywhere. That, of course, is a good thing.
We're understanding our patterns now. Our past and how it's shaped us.
We know what we do to protect ourselves, and how those protections might be hurting us.
We're doing the dirty and worthwhile work of stripping away the opinions, judgments, and expectations of others, because the truth of who we are lies somewhere buried beneath those things.
You're discovering what you think of you. You're reclaiming your truth.
And we make it to this place many of us are calling "Self Awareness".
A place we get stuck. We also brag about it though.
In this place of Self Awareness we can say "I know who I am, where I've been, what I've done and what I've been doing. Nobody can tell me anything bad about myself I don't already know."
Awesome. You're armed against criticism. What now, for you?
